Support animal shelters and rescue organizations through our eco-friendly photo cards.

With each purchase you make of one of our eco-friendly photo greeting and note cards, you help support  EARL'S WORTHY PAWS  -  our foundation dedicated to helping animal shelters and rescue organizations worldwide.

SIR EARL INK and EARL'S WORTHY PAWS were named for Julie’s pug, Sir Earl Pugslee (AKA Piglet).

We proudly donate 5% of our gross proceeds to animal shelters and rescue organizations annually (in cash and card donations), in addition to our time, photography skills, and exposure through our company and this foundation.

In addition, rescue animals are featured on our Pug, Baladi, Lab and mix-breed dog cards, as well as our cat and horse greeting and note cards.

We currently support the following animal shelters and rescue groups through our work and through your purchases:

  • DFW Pug Rescue: Dallas/Ft Worth Pug Rescue, with it's 2-chapters - Austin Pug Rescue and Houston Pug Rescue - Club is the largest pug rescue organization in the United States and has rescued and placed over 3,500 huggable, squeezable, absolutely adorable pugs — we rescue approximately 10 pugs a week.  DFW Pug Rescue takes in more pugs than any other group, and unlike any other group we will take them regardless of age or medical condition.  www.DFWPugs.org

  • Walk-n-Circles Horse Rescue: Located in Edgewood, New Mexico.  The Walking N Circles Ranch (WCNR) exists to provide a safe, comfortable home for horses who have been neglected, abused, or are no longer wanted by their owners.  WNCR provides, at their facility, safe shelter, food, daily care, grooming, medical treatments, rehabilitation, emotional care, and another chance of a dignified life. They strive to rehabilitate and retrain equines to be adopted to special, well-screened homes, where they can, again, serve a useful purpose and be loved by others and reclaim their self-esteem. We are a non-profit organization.  www.WNCR.org

  • OPERATION KINDNESS:  Located in Dallas, Texas.  Operation Kindness was founded in 1976 and is the oldest and largest no-kill shelter in North Texas. We are a nonprofit animal welfare organization that cares for homeless or unwanted cats and dogs in a no-kill environment. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another. We care for all the animals we take in until they are adopted.  www.operationkindness.org

  • S.P.A.R.E. - (Egyptian Desert Animal Rescue):  For the creatures of this world who cannot say when it hurts, when they are scared, for those who cannot look after themselves and cannot defend themselves. S.P.A.R.E. a thought for those animals who are abused, tortured and mishandled daily out of ignorance, poverty and often for amusement’s sake.  S.P.A.R.E is an organization which has been formed to cope with the wounded animals, poisoned dogs and cats and those that have been shot by the authorities as part of a seasonal eradication program.  www.sparelives.org

  • Santa Barbara Pug Rescue: Located in Santa Barbara, CA. As an all volunteer organization, SB Pug Rescue provides loving foster homes in the Santa Barbara area and quality medical care to the pugs who come to us for placement. Prospective adopters are screened to make sure the pug is going to a loving, compatible, and permanent home. All our pugs are spayed/neutered prior to adoption and have had a vet-check. Follow-up visits and phone calls, and lots of accurate and up-to-date advice on pug care is also available.  www.pugrescuesb.com.

  • The Egyptian Society for Mercy to Animals (ESMA):  Headquartered in Cairo, unlike in America, Cairo’s animal welfare issues are forced into the public eye at every turn. Images of dogs and cats living and dying on the streets in huge numbers, and malnourished horses and donkeys pulling excessively heavy carts confront tourists and residents every day.  ESMA currently provides a home to 179 dogs and 123 cats, and focuses on emergency rescue cases, rehabilitation, and adoption. www.angeltales.org/tag/egypt
